Ways To Relieve Back To School Stress.
Hello everyone :)
No matter what year or grade you are in at school or even if you work you are likely to become stressful or go through a stressful time. Whether that is over homework or just going to your school or work I am going to give you some simple tips I like to use.
School or work can be really fun but also really stressful and I for one find these few things to really help with dealing with this.
Firstly this is for leading up to a big day or perhaps leading up to going back to school or work.
Have a relaxing bath the night before. Perhaps throw in a bath bomb with extra bubbles.
A good thing to use is a muscle relax bubble bath, usually it has a lavender scent. Lavender is key in relaxing I find, its soothing scent will help you to relax and the muscle soak will un-tighten your muscles. This will in fact help you sleep that night before the scary day.
The muscle relax bubble bath I recommend is one by Radox.
Getting to sleep can be really difficult if you keep thinking about the thing that might cause stress, thinking about it will make you become stressed even before anything has happened. Worrying over something wont stop it from happening but it will stop you from enjoying anything good.
A good thing to do is take your mind off this. No, TV is not the answer this time, try finding a really good book. At the moment i am reading Zoella's book (Girl Online)
Read before bed as it will tire you.
Pamper evenings are something really good to use to reward yourself after a stressful day. I would recommend to do this on a Friday :)
Have a nice bath like I talked about, do a face mask. All that kind of stuff.
Other useful stuff that can calm you down is colouring books. No not children colouring books with pet dogs and cats but if you look in book stores they are labelled under adult colouring books. There more complicated and take more time but its really relaxing. I have one on flowers :)
This is from my own personal experience. If you have any other good tips then maybe leave them below for others to see :)
