Weekly Fitness Plan!
Helloo
As some of you may know, I often do workouts and I am going to start doing more blog posts on this subject, of course alongside my other posts :D
If you want to start doing workouts you will want to start with a pretty basic one if you haven't done one for awhile, overdoing it to start with wont help.
When I started doing squats I didn't think "well I wanna do 80 on my first day" because that was never going to happen, it was pretty impossible to be honest. You need to build your strength up and the amount of times you do a particular exercise.
Of course you can increase or decrease the amount of times you do each exercise, this is currently the plan I am doing but I have been doing workouts for some time and did start of on an easier routine to begin with. There are loads of different plans you can choose from on Pinterest!
Monday:
10 Push ups
20 Squats (I usually do 45)
15 lunges (I usually do 20)
40 crunches (I also add in 35 elbow to knee crunches)
30 sec full plank hold
30 sec lower plank hold
35 jumping jacks
5 min walk/jog
I also have ballet on this day
Tuesday
15 push ups
40 squats
30 lunges
20 crunches ( I usually stick to 40)
35 sec full plank
35 sec lower plank
25 jumping jacks (I usually do 35)
6 min walk/jog
Wednesday
20 push ups
20 squats (on a Wednesday I do 80)
10 lunges (I do 15)
30 crunches (I do 40)
40 sec full plank
40 sec lower plank
35 jumping jacks
7 min walk/jog
I also have Jazz dancing class on this day
Thursday
15 push ups
25 squats (I do 35)
10 lunges (I do 15)
35 crunches (I do 40)
45 sec full plank
45 sec lower plank
30 jumping jacks
8 min walk/jog
Friday
10 push ups
40 crunches
35 squats (I do 40)
50 sec full plank
50 sec lower plank
25 jumping jacks (I do 35)
9 min walk/jog
Saturday
10 Min walk/jog
10 Min stretching
I also add in 35 squats
Sunday
10 Min walk/jog
10 Min stretching
I add in 40 squats
Of course the normal amounts that are set in this routine are perfectly fine however if you begin to find the amounts easy you can do more just like I have said I have been doing.
It also depends how you are feeling from day to day, sometimes if I'm feeling a bit tired I will do just the normal amounts rather than push to do more than it says haha
Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed this post and I will see you all next time!
